About this class
This is an English language course to help learners gain confidence and develop language skills for use in work situations. It is open to any learner from Entry 1 to Entry 3 level. The language covered includes following instructions, dealing with customers, handling money, taking or leaving a message. Can also cover how to stay safe at work.
