Refugee SWAP

We are planning for our next Sector-based Work Academy Programme, with a focus on refugees. The SWAP sees jobseekers partake in a 4 week programme including work placements, college training, employability support etc, to gain a job within STH as a Patient Services Assistant (Domestics). This is a great role to give someone experience of working in healthcare and build up confidence working in a new country. We are flexible with requirements hence offering the work placement and focusing more on values-based assessment methods. There are limited spaces but if you believe you have a refugee customer(s) who would be suitable please let me know (link to referral form below).
