Be More at Swarthmore, Leeds
About this opportunity
Be More at Swarthmore is a Lottery funded project at Swarthmore Education Centre, offering participants access to arts, crafts, culture, wellbeing and the development of English. The project is for those with an ESOL need – you do not need any experience or skills in arts and crafts to apply. The project will run over 20 weeks, and will provide sessions in a range of arts and crafts (including painting, drawing, sculpture, mosaic making, sewing, collage, glass work etc), cultural visits and the development of English skills throughout the programme.
This is a fun and supportive way to develop your English, learn some new skills, meet new people and see what Leeds has to offer.
You must be available on Wednesdays from 10 – 2.30 for 20 weeks.
