We are both excited and delighted to offer this all-new course in York. Led and taught by highly acclaimed and experienced Yorkshire based Bollywood and Indian Contemporary Dance tutor Zoobin Surty . These multicultural Indian Bollywood colourful dance classes shall optimise your wellbeing and will benefit your mental health with an oomph as well as helping and improving your physical health and confidence. The classes comprise of a warmup, hand gestures, travelling sequences and routines to cherish and share with friends and families. Working with your experience, ability and level of fitness, each week we will develop our dancing skills, get fitter, improve our mental health, feel happier and have great FUN!
