Details Accredited Duration-1 session per week for 3 weeks 2 & a half hours per session Held throughout the year at Crosland Moor CLC, at ‘outreach’ centres and online. This course is designed to provide the learner with an in-depth knowledge of food allergies and how to manage them in a work or volunteering environment. Suitable for people who want to work or volunteer in a place that prepares, serves or sells food to members of staff and/or to the general public. What It Covers:

- Law & Responsibilities,
- Policies,
- Cross Contamination,
- Labelling & Packaging,
- Communication Recap, Revision, Mock Exam & Live Exam
Requirements
You must have a good understanding of English, attend every session and complete homework.
